2. Local-First Architecture & GDPR Privacy Compliance
GDPR / RODO 100%All desktop applications from AI-Software operate strictly on a Local-First, on-device paradigm. Your video footage, raw images, documents, and folder metadata never leave your local hardware. No processing data is ever transmitted to cloud AI services or remote servers.
Website Data Collection Policy:
- No Invasive Cookies or Tracking Pixels: We do not deploy marketing cookies, profiling scripts, Google Analytics, or social tracking pixels. Only strictly necessary browser storage tokens (such as UI language preference) are retained.
- Contact Forms & Correspondence: Data submitted via contact forms is processed strictly pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR to fulfill your inquiry. Your contact information is never sold or shared.
- Payment Processing: Transactions for commercial licenses are handled by PCI-DSS certified payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). Cardholder data is never stored or processed on our web infrastructure.

3. Limitation of Liability & Software Disclaimer
§ 7-10 TMG / DSAWe apply the highest engineering standards, extensive memory safeguards, and rigorous stress testing to all desktop binaries, neural weight pipelines, and 3D engineering meshes.
Standard Provision (“As Is”): Except where mandatory consumer protection regulations apply, software is provided on an “as is” basis. Users are encouraged to maintain active data backups before performing mass file mutations or batch conversions.
Liability for External Links: Links to third-party domains (e.g. GitHub, Ollama, Hugging Face) are provided for convenience. We do not control and assume no responsibility for external content.
4. Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
EU Directive 2011/83/EUUnder Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal upon download.
To prevent mismatched purchases, we provide free functional trial bundles for each commercial desktop tool. You can benchmark GPU acceleration and OS compatibility before spending a single euro. In the rare event of an unresolvable hardware incompatibility, our engineering team handles refund requests with fair discretion.
